A master health check-up includes a set of clinical tests that help to better assess the overall health of a person. The MHC includes a physical examination, ultrasound and laboratory investigations that help to evaluate the health of your vital organs and metabolism. Through these checks, we can identify any early symptoms of diseases – and address them without delay.

What is a Master Health Check-up?
Appointment
Master Health Check-ups are done through prior appointment only. You may book an appointment by filling up the online form or through phone (+91-44-4000 0009 | 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
Cancellation / Postponement
In case of cancellations or postponements, kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
Time taken for the MHC
The MHC usually begins at around 7 a.m., as some of the tests are to done before the person has their first meal of the day. On the client’s request, we can schedule the MHC for as early as 5.30 a.m. The time taken will be around 4 to 6 hours (based on the package chosen).
What Should I Bring For MHC?
A valid form of identity proof (Aadhar card, Driver’s license, etc.)
Any prior X-rays, test results and medical reports for chronic illness or health problems, prescriptions for specific drugs and any notes from your physician.

General Instructions
Get at least 6 to 8 hours of sound sleep prior to check-up. Lack of sleep may cause abnormal results such as blood pressure, heart beat, and body temperature.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes when you come for the MHC (you may be required to perform an exercise stress test).
Do not eat/drink at least 10 to 12 hours prior to check-up. You can drink water to avoid dehydration effects on blood sugar and cholesterol tests.
Do not drink alcohol 48 hours prior to appointment as drugs/alcohol may affect some tests. Please inform the doctor or nurse before the test if you have consumed alcohol or any drugs (even prescription medicine) up to 48 hours before the MHC.
For women, it is best to avoid health check-ups 5 days before / after the menstrual cycle. If you are menstruating, you should not be giving urine analysis because there will be blood contamination, which will affect the interpretation of the results. Women should also avoid Digital Mammogram for breast cancer screening during their menstrual cycle as the breasts are sensitive during this time.
If you are pregnant, please inform the staff prior to starting the MHC.
You will be asked to provide morning stool and urine samples at the hospital. If you wish to bring your samples from home, please collect the sterile containers from the hospital at least a day in advance.
Payment and other Details
Advance payment of the Master Health Check-up to be made before the tests are taken. Tests that are included in the chosen MHC package cannot be replaced with other tests.
Additional procedure(s) / consultation(s) /test(s) will be billed separately as per OPD Charges. Further follow-up consultations, if advised by consultants, would be charged at actuals.
